Random Stuff

• First Father's Day knowing I am really going to be a dad soon!!
• Travel date is tentatively August 25!!
• Got a call from the Chinese consulate regarding my visa, so it is clear things are being processed!!
• Baby shower this past weekend was excellent!!
• I have used two exclamation points at the end of each item so far!!
• Tomorrow is my daughter's first birthday!!!!!!
• Shopping for baby stuff is a completely foreign experience for me.  It is the first time I can remember shopping for something that I know so little about, and with sooo many choices and variables.  The only thing I can compare it to is all the different choices required for apartment renovation.   The difference is, the renovation choices are all about our needs and our taste.  Some of the baby choices leave me befuddled.
