It was a spectacular weekend--filled with friends and bundles of love for Jenny Mei!
Yes, a shower...hosted by Katie and complete with good food, good wine, great friends, lots of laughs...and air conditioning!! Bello Giardino has a beautiful and quaint outdoor space--a treasure in NYC--so we did melt some sitting outside, but managed to get smart and move indoors after lunch. The party continued with the arrival of husbands, a wife, and all the babies! Katie made a lovely speech--emphasizing the joys of friendship. How true! Generous gifts were unwrapped--we oohed, ahhed, laughed, cuddled...It was a memorable party! We managed to continue the party into the evening moving to Dive 75 and onto the Stone Rose in Time Warner Center.
2 wonderful days all in anticipation of the arrival of our Beautiful Star!.
Lots of laughs!
